  • In order to provide you the best care we can and to avoid unnecessary paperwork and micro-managing, we do not take insurance.

  • No. While we do provide you with the vast majority of your primary care, we cannot provide hospital, emergency, or specialty care. We highly recommend that you still carry insurance. We are not an insurance plan.

    Our membership pairs best with PPO insurance plans and Medicare and Medicare Advantage PPO plans because these plans can cover our referrals and orders.

  • No, we see patients 18+ years old.

  • Concierge medicine is our highest level of care. This includes home visits and weekend visits for patients who are interested in our most all-inclusive offering.

  • We believe that our practice serves as a bulwark against unforeseen circumstances, and allows people the peace of mind to know should they require a physician’s evaluation, they have one when they need it, with someone they trust.

  • Our physicians are available after hours for HIPAA-approved text messaging and calls pending availability. Weekend visits are available for some packages.

  • Our team will help coordinate your care with the hospital team when you are hospitalized.

    We encourage our patients to reach out if they are being hospitalized.

  • Longevity medicine is an evolving practice of lengthening not just the length, but the quality of life in order to allow individuals to enjoy their longer lives more fully.

  • Some expanded labs include Vitamin D, Lp(a), ApoB, ESR/CRP, homocysteine, among others.

    Expanded imaging we order include a coronary artery calcium score (CAC), as well as imaging such as CT/MRI that goes beyond the CMS-required minimum for cancer screening.

    Other tests commonly not evaluated in traditional medicine that we routinely order are body composition, VO2 max level, blood assays for cancer screening and others.
