Who we are

Dr. Mahesh Botejue or Dr. B as his patients call him, is a native of sunny Orange County in southern California, where he attended the University of California at San Diego for his undergraduate studies, majoring in Biology with a concentration in Ecology, earning latin honors. He then attended Temple Medical and Business Schools on an academic scholarship, earning his MD and MBA degrees. He then returned to California to UC Riverside/Riverside Community to complete his internal medicine residency. Dr. Botejue is board certified in internal medicine.

Dr. B developed his passion for rural healthcare during rotations in towns like Reading, Lancaster and Bethlehem, and finds the calmness, greenery and friendly people among the best parts of living in Central Pennsylvania. His medical philosophy centers around preventative care, specifically lifestyle modification as the key to health living and aging.

In the area, Dr. B has worked in Huntingdon, State College and Lewistown, and is proud to call State College home.

In his free time Dr. Botejue enjoys spending time with his young daughter, fiance and their dog, going to the gym, and reading.
